Principles
- Official primary sources only. Every response carries its
sourceandlicenseClass— you always know where a number comes from. - Agent-first. The MCP server returns readable briefings your assistant can present directly; the REST API returns clean JSON for software.
- Honest surface. These docs only describe what is callable right now.
